Busses
There are 5 different busses going past several hotels to the venue and back as on this map (pdf). In peak times they run every 15 minutes, and otherwise every 30 minutes, but expect delays during rush hour.
They are temporary bus routes of the local bus company MIO, so you can also find them at their route planner, using Google maps, or in MIO's app as "Rutas en tiempo real COP16"
NGO room
The NGO room is the tent just below the "Z" in "Plaza 1" on the map.
